On my desk I have a pile of books, a butt plug, a masturbation sleeve, a mysterious menstruation tonic given to me by a Taiwanese sex worker rights activist and of course, a pile of porn. From the celebrities I have toured through the Museum to the letters I get from jail, these are simple reminders that as the Curator of the Museum of Sex I do not have a “typical” job.
